RF-C704 - Saba-based Full Range

This is a heavily upgraded Saba driver - it got Rullit wooden spider, voice coil, field coil system, and precision assembly.

Original setup:

These 12" Telefunken field coil drivers were made in late 30's. As you see they need a bit of help at the highs.

RF-C704 comes

Upon hearing the RF-C704, the owner kept them happily as it was a big improvement compared to the Telefunken. Also the tweeter was not needed anymore.

The rest of the system: Rullit single ended amplifier, Rullit RL phono stage, EMT 930 turntable with large set of tonearms and cartriges. This system is located in Bonn, Germany.
